Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at a shopping centers. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 am to 5:30 pm. The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule.

• Execute all tasks in a safe and professional manner, completing work accurately and on time.

• Conduct light electrical work including emergency lights, exit signs, and lamp sweeps.

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems.

• Maintain and repair interior and exterior finishes of buildings.

Work Environment

The role is based in a shopping centers located in Downey and Lakewood. You will need to drive your personal vehicle between both locations as required by work orders. Once on-site, you will use a company-provided golf cart to navigate the mall premises.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Downey & Lakewood, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
