POSITION:                           Registered Architect

DUITES :  Design and Manage client projects from start to finish, from collaborating with clients to determine their needs to overseeing construction; create innovative and functional architectural designs that meet all building codes, regulations and zoning laws; manage budgets and timelines and coordinate with consultants, contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process; lead a team of company projects by providing guidance and support; leadership of project teams including consulting engineers and in-house project managers; construction of projects; contract negotiations; estimate construction costs and commercial building structural options.

HOURS:                                * *Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. A 1 hour (non paid) lunch hour will be provided to the employee from 12:00am-1:00pm.

REQUIREMENTS:             Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and 60 months experience required.

SALARY:                              $79,227.00 per year - There is no overtime. Pay period is weekly. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by federal, state and local law.
