We’re looking for a detail-oriented Evaluation Support Assistant to manage fragrance collections, track bestsellers, and support technical projects. If you're passionate about fragrance and innovation, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Your key responsibilities:
Be the collection admin and manage all collection-related data.
Enter all collections into the Ox system accurately and in a timely manner.
Track bestsellers for promotion.
Assist in building and developing fragrance collections.
Coordinate and call for global products for evaluations.
Organize expert panel sessions for fragrance evaluations.
Assist with small collection projects under the supervision of the Fragrance Development Manager (FDM).
Manage technical rework projects under the supervision of the FDM.
Support the SSI team in organizing and requesting technology evaluations.

You bring
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience (fragrance industry experience would be an advantage).
Good understanding of the business and analytical approach.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with different stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Arabic and/or French is a plus.
