Overview

The Technology, Strategy and Transformation program is seeking a Lead Project Manager for the Data Fidelity team. This position entails steering strategic initiatives through innovation and problem-solving to enable better financial reporting.

This role will have responsability to roll out campaigns across all mastercard programs, this can be improving data on our tooling or reviewing process ensuring how is operate is aligned to our documetation or developing program dashboards on data quality or contributing to education campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about data, process and the software lifecycle, highly motivated, intellectually curious and a analytical mindset.

Role

In this position, you will:

• Partner with programs to identify data quality opportunities across the enterprise tooling portfolio to solve problems and strengthen our process.

• Develop dashboards on Domo and PowerBI,

• Take responsibility for driving campaigns (projects) across mastercard, ensuring documentation collateral is accurate at all times

• Report progress on a weekly basis to senior management / stakeholders.

• Proactively look for ways to improve how we operate as a company to reduce quality issues across programs.

• Have a mindset to identify process gaps and implement mechanisms to remdiate via training / education campaigns, wile working with programs to fix the issues.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Have proven experience working within Mastercard program, operating within the software development lifecycle.

• Have experience managing projects

• Have a technical background or data visualization skills either as a engineer or analyst.

• Good knowledge of data analytics in particular ETL for consumption for PowerBI

• Desire to grow knowledge of data analytics and financial process.

• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly

• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders

• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
