Overview

The Mastercard Cyber Security Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (Scrum Master) to help manage and drive delivery for our Mass Attack Protection Solution suite of services. The ideal candidate is passionate about people leadership, project management and Agile/SAFe methodologies. Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. They will play a critical role in managing Agile scrum boards, metrics, deliveries and risks.

Role

• Apply project management and Agile methodology skills to manage scope, plan work, coordinate resource deployment on tasks, analyse risks/develop mitigation strategies and proactively resolve issues.

• Control of projects in Mastercard Cyber Security Services to efficiently deliver cost effective, quality change in a timely manner, matched to the business priorities and the commitments to our product partners.

• Drive multiple projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders, requiring development, operating model changes and implementation work across different business areas.

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing projects in a SAFe Agile methodology, together with managing scope creep.

• Drive in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth.

• Drive, manage and take ownership of team’s roadmap – together with Product team – which includes technical/business asks.

• Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.

• Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA & Excel.

• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
