Description

We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role will focus on supporting and maintaining network health, configuring new PCs, troubleshooting user issues, and providing backup support to the Network Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support the network health, ensuring optimal performance and uptime

• Troubleshoot user issues and provide prompt resolution

• Configure new PCs for distribution to employees, ensuring proper setup and connectivity

• Assist the Network Engineer with network updates and maintenance tasks

• Act as a backup to the Network Engineer during their absence, maintaining continuity of service

• Leverage skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Products, Configuring Cisco, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange Server to perform tasks and resolve issues

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements • Proficiency in working with Cisco Routers and other Cisco Products

• Extensive experience in Configuring Cisco systems

• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Familiarity with Active Directory and its functionalities

• Expertise in managing Microsoft Windows Server

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant certifications in network administration would be advantageous Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
