We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our data platform and operations team through a major transformation. This is a unique opportunity to drive the evolution of our large-scale data infrastructure, overseeing both daily operations and long-term strategic shifts. You will play a key role in transitioning away from legacy platforms, modernizing our data ecosystem, and optimizing Hadoop and Snowflake operations while managing and mentoring a team of experienced engineers.

What Youll Do:

- - Lead and manage a team of senior data platform engineers, providing mentorship, performance management, and career development.
