Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker at 2 apartment buildings in Duluth, MN for general upkeep and light maintenance. (Haines Road and Junction Ave) Competitive pay and generous benefits!! Caretaker unit available (not required) Rent Free!! As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. Must have at least one (1) year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs, be professional and dependable with the ability to work without direct supervision.
