Moore County Hospital District Physician Assistant - MCFHC (8am-8pm) in Dumas, Texas

This is a Full-time position located at the Moore County Family Health Clinic working closely with Dr. Corbin and his team. The hours for the position will be 8AM-8PM. SUMMARY:  The Physician Assistant works as part of the clinic provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for clinic patients. The Physician Assistant performs these functions under the oversight of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting.   EDUCATIONAL/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 1. Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant program. This may be from a college or other accredited organization. 2. Board certification in specialty (if newly graduated from residency, must be obtained within 3 years of graduation) must be kept current. 3. Unrestricted license to practice within Texas 4. Current DEA certificate without restriction   EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  3-5 years of experience preferred.
