Position Overview:

We're hiring a Functional Analyst to assist with current work supporting commercial applications.

Functional Analyst Skills:

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications: Skill in understanding business needs and converting them into detailed technical requirements for implementation.

• Experience in designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes: Proven track record of creating and deploying solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in commercial and marketing functions.

• Strong documentation skills for capturing requirements and creating technical specifications: Expertise in documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and process flows to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Proficiency in conducting system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance: Ability to develop and execute test plans, identify issues, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

• Capability to provide technical support and training to end-users: Experience in offering technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to ensure users are proficient with new systems and processes.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced in SQL and database management: Ability to write queries, manage databases, and ensure data integrity. Familiarity with could environment is a plus.

• Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce): Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining CRM. Experience with ERP Systems (SAP) is a plus.

• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau): Knowledge in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with programming languages (Python): Ability to write scripts and develop custom solutions to automate tasks and integrate systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proficiency in conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with team members.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment: Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies: Openness to continuous learning and adapting to new tools and technologies as needed.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal: Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with international teams and clients.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Functional Analyst

• 3-5+ years of related experience
