ManpowerGroup Training Coordinator - Day Shift in Durham, North Carolina

Our client, a manufacturing and production company, is seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the employees currently working within. The ideal candidate will have previous assessment and evaluation skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm (2on/2off/3on/2off rotating weekends off)

What’s the Job?

  • Identifying skill gaps among QA employees.

  • Apply various training methods: one-on-one coaching, job shadowing, mentoring.

  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training methods.

  • Observe and enforce safety and housekeeping procedures.

  • Conduct onboarding for new temporary QA staff.

What’s Needed?

  • Basic mathematical and computer skills (experience in - Excel, Word, and management information systems (MIS).

  • Being able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong people skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

  • Organizational, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods, push, push, lift or 60 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently.
