Job Title: 100% Remote Mechanical Claims Representative

Job Description

Aston Carter is seeking remote Mechanical Claims Specialists to join our expanding customer contact team. In this role, you will help uphold our standards of honesty, fairness, and excellence by providing exceptional customer service and leveraging your automotive expertise. You will assist customers through our customer contact center.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Automotive Mechanical experience (automotive repair or equivalent automotive technical work)

• Customer Service Skills

Nice To Have

• ASE Certification

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

Fully Remote - except for California, Washington, and Oregon. Casual Environment. Call Center Environment. On the phone a majority of the day.
