Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join a local, well-established organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner via phone, email, or live chat.

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.

  • Working collaboratively with the internal team to ensure proper handling and follow-up of all customer needs and requests.

  • Documenting all customer interaction details, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.

  • Supporting sales team by up-selling or cross-selling products & services when appropriate.

  • Participates in team meetings, providing input and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle pressure in a positive, detail-oriented manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed.
