ManpowerGroup Quality Inspector in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Quality Control department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: 1st Shift Quality Inspector

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range: $17 - $20

What's the Job?

  • Verify that parts being produced and used by production meet print specifications dimensionally and visually.

  • Inspect using a variety of precision measuring instruments (i.e. micrometers, calipers, vision system, indicators and scales)

  • Check for visual and dimensional defects in the parts

  • Document non-conforming material issues according to company procedures

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 1-3 years work experience in similar role preferably in injection molding or other regulated industry

  • Previous experience operating inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and scales.

  • Demonstrable experience with computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of being quickly proficient in ERP system

  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence, and memos in the English language

  • $250 Bonus after 240 Hours Worked
