Agiliti Health Government Services Project Manager in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
The Government Services Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations for our Government Services business segment, will have experience and a strong aptitude in project management and project management tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects within the healthcare sector. This role demands outstanding project management, customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. This position will also contribute as an internal subject matter expert for project management tools and process improvements.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management – 55%
The project management of individual task orders within larger contracts is a key aspect of the role. The project manager will be the primary point of contact and liaison between local leadership teams, OEMs, vendors, and Sr leadership within Government Services. Small stand-alone contracts may also be assigned.
Specific tasks include:
Manage the implementation, customer coordination, operational execution, and deliverable submissions for smaller federal contracts or individual TOs to larger contracts
Ensure project schedules and execution meet customer expectations
Serve as the customer POC for all project issues
Work with internal support teams to manage invoices, accounts receivable, and payments
Work with the quality and compliance teams to ensure project exceeds customer and Agiliti standards
Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and perform internal audits to validate compliance
Internal Process Improvement - 35%
As the subject matter expert for project management tools and process improvements, this role will work closely with the national operational support team and other stakeholders to assess opportunities for improving the operations and scalability of Government Services network. This will include leveraging technology solutions to improve workflows, create templates, refine SOPs, and improve collaboration.
Specific tasks include:
Perform as team expert using the Smartsheet project management tool, building scalable templates for projects, reports, forms & dashboards that use the automation, workflow, and collaboration capabilities inherent to the system.
Perform as team expert for Microsoft Office Suite tools, assisting others with advanced Excel, Visio, and Word functionality.
Collaborate with other government services teams (operations, manufacturing services, and sales) and corporate functions (quality, compliance, legal, finance, HR, etc.) to document current processes.
Assist in the development of improved processes and the creation of SOPs.
Administrative activity - 10%
Perform other duties as assigned, including required training.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or above; bachelor's degree preferred
Previous project management and/or program management experience with the federal government (preferably within a health care setting) or formal education including project management subjects
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must successfully pass a government background screening

Proficient analytical/critical thinking skills; attention to detail and research skills

$64,304.58-$167,234.36
This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
