Agiliti Health Human Resources Benefits and Total Rewards Intern - Summer 2025 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Join Agiliti as a Human Resources Benefits and Total Rewards Intern and embark on a dynamic journey into the Total Rewards and Employee Benefit Programs. This internship offers a prime opportunity for aspiring professionals in Human Resources to gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Total Rewards/Benefits Team in managing employee benefit programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
Provide timely service to employees on benefits-related inquiries, manage the benefits inbox, phone line, Service Now requests, and voicemails.
Distribute benefits educational materials to new employees and support the onboarding process.
Monitor vendor emails for required actions or errors.
Handle benefit-related mailings to current and former employees.
Perform special projects for the Total Rewards team.
Provide backup support for department colleagues as needed.
Keep the manager informed of important developments and potential issues.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a 4-year undergraduate in Human Resources, or a related field (Junior/Senior student).
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Maintain confidentiality with utmost discretion.
Requirements:
College student pursuing degree in Human Resources or an applicable field of study
Must be available for the duration of the program from 5/27/25 - 8/15/25
