You will manage day-to-day aspects of talent development operations of the Enterprise Security and Resilience Office. In this fast-paced environment, you focus on guiding ESRO employees by supporting the design, development, and learning measurement to enhance learning outcomes and drive continuous talent development. You will serve as a leader to support the successful facilitation of ESRO mentorship programs, Cybersecurity Development Program (CsDP), Rising Stars, Apprenticeship, and the Employee Onboarding experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support full-time and internship team members in the Cybersecurity Development Program (CsDP), providing coaching and development experiences
Implement ESRO onboarding strategy program to ensure a positive onboarding experience for global new hires
Conduct ESRO orientation training to support broad onboarding programming, curriculum, development, and communications
Deliver training on specific skills and facilitate sessions on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and other essential soft skills
Demonstrate a commitment to learn about innovative talent development solutions, learning delivery methods, and learning content
Project self-confidence, a teamwork spirit, and enthusiasm as well as demonstrate solid presentation in a multi-learning environment (classroom, hybrid, online)
Evaluate the cybersecurity training, including Continued Professional Education (CPE), to ensure appropriate opportunities are provided for professionals to maintain their certifications and stay up-to-date in their fields

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher level of education or 7+ years equivalent work experience
7+ years of collective business experience in learning and development, early careers, onboarding, and/or talent development
5+ years ofcoaching experience, or managing others
5+ years of experience implementing effective instructional design strategies and emerging digital technologies
3+ years of of Program management, in talent development, early careers, or onboarding
3+ years of experience analyzing participant engagement and feedback data to improve learning effectiveness, behavior change, and learning outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Broad knowledge of cybersecurity and types of talent in those businesses
Proven exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a passion for advancing the success of others
Proven excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of strategy, opportunity and risks
Proven highly skilled in influencing cross functional teams, including interfacing with key stakeholders

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
