1st Shift: Shipping and Receiving Specialist!

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage and execute all shipping and receiving duties for both domestic and international shipments. This role involves inventory control, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation for all freight shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document all shipping and receiving activities, including bills of lading and shipping orders.

• Determine, set up, and log all freight shipments for products via land, air, and sea.

• Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counting and data entry.

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.

• Crate all production items for shipment using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.

• Manufacture crates as needed.

Must have Skills:

• Experience with inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

• Knowledge of logistics and SAP systems.

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving with UPS or FedEx (Shipping Domestic or International shipments)

• Forklift Certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota !

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
