Description We are in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and we're on the hunt for a Systems Implementation Specialist. This role centers around auditing and enhancing the setup and functionality of CINC Systems for our clients. The job involves a focus on the Association Management aspect of the software, which necessitates detailed customization and configuration for each individual association account.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing the current setup of CINC Systems to identify gaps in configuration, with a particular focus on Association Management.

• Adjusting the software to meet the specific needs of each association, ensuring the capture of account-specific nuances.

• Assisting in the setting up of CINC Systems from the ground up, which includes defining processes, workflows, and maintenance features.

• Resolving functionality concerns and guiding the client towards best practices to enhance system efficiency and usability.

• Providing training and guidance to internal teams for the proper use of CINC Systems, guaranteeing a smooth transition and ongoing platform management.

• Leveraging technical knowledge to adapt CINC Systems for unique association-level requirements.

• Auditing the current setup and proactively addressing configuration issues to ensure full use of the platform capabilities.

• Collaborating with teams and training users who may be unfamiliar with proper system workflows and functionalities.

• Using skills in Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, and Business Requirement Document for effective implementation and troubleshooting.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Implementation Specialist, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for effective project management and workflow organization.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is necessary for remote access and virtualization tasks.

• Must have a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies for efficient data storage and access.

• Knowledge of IBM systems and solutions is essential for integration and optimization purposes.

• Proficient in Linux Technologies for server management and systems operations.

• Experience in AB Testing for evaluating system updates and new implementations.

• Must be skilled in Active Directory for managing networked resources.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for efficient project management and team collaboration.

• Must have experience with Backup Technologies for data protection and disaster recovery planning.
