Fujifilm Finance Administrator in Edison, New Jersey
Position Overview
We are hiring a Financial Administrator who is responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks to support the organization’s operations. This role involves order processing, vendor and customer account setup, financial reporting, and logistics arrangements. The Financial Administrator ensures accurate financial and repair activity reporting, validating vendor invoices, and managing purchase orders and requisitions efficiently.

Required Skills/Education
Associate degree in business or related field
2+ years’ administrative experience working in a service or related field
2+ years’ experience working with SAP or similar ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excel pivot tables and macros a plus
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
5+ years of experience of operational support in the service repair industry.
Working knowledge of SAP and Astea Service Alliance a plus.
Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
