We are seeking a HRPD Systems Business Analyst Student for our North American Headquarters (NAHQ) in Edmonton, Alberta , that is available for 4-8 months starting in May 2025 . This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Manager, HRPD Systems.

As a HRPD Systems Business Analyst Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

• Provides robust, customer-centric support to system users.

• Responds to service requests, troubleshoots incidents, and investigates problems.

• Assists with creating or updating process, training, and system documentation.

• Develops and delivers stakeholder communications and assists with documenting requirements for new system features, enhancements, and reports.

• Assists with creating or updating use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.

• Participates in pilots and rollouts and assists with system configuration and testing.

• Coordinates with subject matter experts for requirements refinement and user acceptance testing.

• Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.

What you will bring to the role:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Business Systems Analysis, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, or another related discipline).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• User support experience.

• HR process knowledge and/or experience is a plus.

• Experience using or supporting HR systems is a plus. (SuccessFactors experience is an asset).
