Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for Electronic Assembler positions in El Cajon, California. These positions are 3-month assignments with the possibility of extension!

Responsibilities / Duties:
We are looking for a skilled and meticulous Assembly Technician to perform a variety of assembly operations based on product specifications, processes, and management's needs. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Regular use of a 10X microscope for inspection and assembly tasks
Solder assembly using a soldering iron
Solder reflow processes on a hotplate
Cleaning components and workspaces
Coil winding for electronic components
Shield and strap cutting
Electronics tuning to ensure optimal performance
Epoxy staking and potting for component protection
Seam welding of materials
Leak testing to ensure product integrity
Miscellaneous assembly tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with precision tools and equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Experience / Qualifications:
Must be detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and patient when working with small parts under a microscope (mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
Pay / Schedule:
The pay rate for the Electronic Assembler positions starts at $17/hr, with overtime available as needed. The schedule follows a 9/80 shift, which means:
You will work Monday through Thursday one week (4 days), and Monday through Friday the next week (5 days), with weekends off.
Every other Friday will be a day off.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
