Conviva is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Associate Operations Director - who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great! Job Functions

  • The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies, and procedures for the clinic.

  • Works closely with Clinic Managers, dyad partner, and other cross functional leadership teams across the Primary Care Organizations.

  • Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).

  • Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

  • Ensure optimal patient outcomes and company initiatives including but not limited to Quality, HEDIS / STARs, AHCA, financial management and employee and patient retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration, or another related field.

  • Or in lieu of bachelor’s degree 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience, with a minimum of 2 years Valued Base setting experience.

  • 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics.

  • 4+ years of management experience.

  • P & L management experience.

  • Efficient in Microsoft software including Excel Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Experienced with electronic medical records.

  • For this role you are required to travel between clinics. You also will be required 2 times a year to travel out of the market for leadership meetings. Mileage is reimbursed for all travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / Spanish

  • HEDIS knowledge

  • Project management skills / training

  • Experience with medical coding

  • Master's Degree

Working hours : Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$93,000 - $139,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
