To meet our clients needs,Deployed Services operates 24 hours/365 days and requires the flexibility to work additional hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Mission Support Specialist II is a crucial role that provides comprehensive administrative assistance to the Project Team by managing daily office tasks, coordinating activities and assisting with special projects for the assigned Location.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of mission-related tasks
  • Conduct research, compile, and prepare statistical reports to support the decision-making processes
  • Generate inventory reports and conduct audits
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for junior Mission Support employees, facilitating their skill enhancement and professional advancement
  • Provide technical guidance to the team on how to solve complex work-related issues or problems
  • Oversee implementation and compliance with established Mission Support Standard Operating Procedures
  • Assist the Mission Support Supervisor and Field Site Management to ensure operational objectives are met
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects effectively, easily managing competing deadlines
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 business environment

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree is degree desired; related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Three years' relevant administrative experience is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check, as well as an employer and government background check (e-QIP or eAPP), after accepting a conditional offer of employment
