An Operations Coordinator job is available with our client in Fort Bliss, TX. You will be responsible for assisting in creating and maintaining accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists and material requests. You will organize current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks. To be considered for this role, you will have a Associate's degree and 2+ years' of relevant experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing priorities and resolving conflicts for the requests from multiple operations leads, operators, visitors, and other site teams

• Create and maintain accurate records of tools, supplies, access lists and material requests

• Organize current tool room and supply room to ensure stock in support of daily operations tasks

• Order and track any tools and supplies need to maintain available inventory

• Complete forms for tracking tools and supplies and other records.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree Preferred

• Proficiency using office software such as Microsoft Office

• Experience with strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills to be able to work with all operations team members

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Focused on Safety and Team collaboration

• Knowledge with SAP

• Experience as an operator in a factory or depot environment.
