Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pastry Production Team Member to join our team at Las Lunas bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare bread and other baked goods according to recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing customer concerns Clean and sanitize dishes and equipment Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery Qualifications:* Prior experience as a baker or in a related field is preferred Food handlers certification is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required Benefits:* Competitive hourly rate starting at $12, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on experience Full-time and part-time positions available, with opportunities for flexible scheduling Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing bakery A fun and fast-paced work environment with a team-oriented atmosphere
