We have a hybrid workplace model that enables our teams to split their time between home and the office. General Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rapidly placing clients in permanent employment that aligns with both the job seekers' skills and the employers' needs while effectively leveraging on-the-job training, apprenticeship opportunities, and work experience. This role demands a strategic focus on job seeker matching through effective referrals, building and maintaining key employer relationships, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance job placement success. Responsibilities:
- Client Placement and Matching:Conduct thorough assessments of job seekers' skills, experiences, and career aspirations to ensure effective job matching. Utilize job referrals to enhance placement rates and support clients in navigating the job market.
- On-the-Job Training:Identify and promote on-the-job training and apprenticeship opportunities that align with client goals and industry needs. Collaborate with employers to create tailored training programs that facilitate successful placements.
- Employer Relationships and Engagement:Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key industry employers. Engage regularly to understand their hiring needs, workforce challenges, and organizational culture, ensuring a better fit for candidates.
- Hiring Events:Organize and lead hiring events and multiple access point events designed to showcase job seekers and foster connections with employers. Leverage these events to facilitate direct employment opportunities and enhance visibility for clients.
- Data-Driven Approach:Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including placement rates and employer satisfaction, using data to inform strategies and improve outcomes. While been held accountable for achieving a placement rate of 60% or above in alignment with Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and local performance metrics.
- Market Research and Industry Trends:Stay informed about current industry trends, labor market demands, and emerging skills. Use this knowledge to advise clients and employers on best practices and future workforce needs, positioning both parties for success.
- Accountability for Performance Goals:Meet or exceed established performance goals related to placements and client engagement. Regularly report progress and outcomes to management, demonstrating a commitment to achieving high results.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset:Approach challenges with resilience and confidence, developing innovative solutions to overcome barriers in the recruitment process. Maintain a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data and research to inform decision-making and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Resilient and confident, with the ab lity to navigate challenges and setbacks while maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with local labor market trends and employer needs is highly desirable.
