Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an FP& A Manager to support our healthcare services client located near LAX on a 5-6 month primarily onsite project beginning in October. The FP& A Manager will support the team as they head into budget season by working with various regions/teams to help create, update and manage the budgets /forecasts for 2025. The FP& A Manager will play a crucial role, as the VP Finance will be taking a leave in early December.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial reports, and make recommendations based on analysis.

• Manage financial models in and around future revenues and expenses, and contribute to the financial decision-making process

• Collaborate with other department heads to help align their financial goals with the overall strategic goals of the company.

• Identify potential financial issues or risks and formulate solutions or strategies to mitigate said risks

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to upper management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

  Requirements

• Degree in Finance, MBA preferred, not required

• Exceptional Excel skills - financial modeling, macros, formulas, etc

• Power BI preferred, not required

• Excellent communication skills
