Responsibilities Works with the Clinical Director to help oversee delivery of consumer support services for an assigned location Supervises personnel to achieve service, clinical, and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities Provides services that promote consumer choice and facilitates independence Supervises assigned staff Crisis Assessment and medical/behavioral emergency Conducts variety of assessments such as suicidal, Vestibular Assessment, immediate needs, functional, living skills, and resource acquisitions Complete Interpretative summaries Develops crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for clients Writes Progress notes, summaries, and discharges Group and Individual Counseling services Skills Teaching Case Management Household management Implements the treatment/rehabilitative activities and strategies Crisis Prevention Medication Administration Reports significant / major incidents or accidents Cooperates in external / internal investigations as requested. Establishes high levels of mutual trust and support with others Provides coaching/learning environment Identifies successes and areas for improvement for employees. Expresses positive expectations of others, even in difficult situations Delegates tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of developing other's abilities Rewards good performance and promotes employee recognition.
