Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mig Welder to join their team. As a Mig Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting skilled fabrication efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mig Welder

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal components.

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications, using measuring instruments and gauges.

• Demonstrate proven experience in MIG welding, with a focus on metal fabrication.

• Apply strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.

• Lift and move materials, sometimes up to 50 lbs.

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of MIG welding experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• Steel-toed boots with metatarsals are required; safety glasses and ear protection will be provided.
