2024 HIRING RANGE:

$25.36-$28.17/hour based on education and position related

experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

2025 HIRING RANGE:

$27.64-$30.70/hour based on education and position related

experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing participant caseload including, intake, providing information/assistance, monitoring progress, and maintaining participant files.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree in criminal justice, social work, behavioral science, or a related field with two years' work experience; Baccalaureate degree preferred
• Ability to maintain required certifications including CPR, AED, IRAS, ECMS, CVSA, and PREA
• Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices and cognitive based curriculum
• Valid Indiana driver's license
• Hepatitis B vaccine eligible
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
