We are looking for a team oriented and solution driven Front Desk Admin to facilitate smooth day to day operations. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a fun and efficient work environment, greet visitors, assist in marketing and company event coordination, manage the company’s incoming mail and phone calls, and take on special projects, etc. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
A successful Front Desk Admin should be able to accurately complete assignments on time in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Applicants should have an appetite to learn and enjoy the challenge. You will work closely with various departments on tasks and projects that will provide ample opportunities for growth.
