Technician, Quality Assurance
Location: Enfield, CT
Onsite
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
As a Technician, Quality Assurance , you will be responsible for sampling, inspecting, and processing incoming finished goods according to Quality standard operating procedures to ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards prior to being released into distribution.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality reviews for incoming goods at the Fulfilment Center, involving sampling, inspection against specifications, and documentation collection and review.
Ensure proper disposition of products and materials for use or sale, maintaining QA status labels from receipt through disposition, and coordinating lab testing by preparing and sending samples.
Assist in documentation control by compiling and obtaining release, lab, and packaging records, reviewing specifications for accuracy, and completing necessary forms for product release.
Provide cross-functional support to various departments, including processing and retaining samples, and communicating with labs and vendors to follow up on report statuses and outstanding issues.

You bring:
High School diploma or GED required
2-year or 4-year college degree preferred, with a focus on Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
