Job Description: -Perform routine maintenance around the building; fixing structural damage (i.e. windows, doors repair, etc.). -Work on damaged electrical wiring as need arises. -Perform ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment, fixing and or setting up new machinery/equipment. -Wide range of repair tasks - fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. -Troubleshoot new equipment and respond to urgent maintenance needs of any kind. -Coordinate complex maintenance tasks in the most efficient manner possible. -Understand and enforce Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when conducting repair/maintenance to all machinery. Follow all safety rules and guidelines in the line of duty.

Work Environment: Second shift: 2pm - 10:30pm Industrial production environment, changes according to season with limited climate control

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 25 lbs. Frequent walking during work shift

Experience Required: Prefer several years of Maintenance experience in Manufacturing environment.

Educational Requirements: Prefer an Associate or B. S. Degree in Maintenance or related field

Specialized Training or Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills with a proven ability to effectively manage people. Proficient with personal computers-Word, Excel, Power Point, Produce spreadsheets.
