In this role, there is the opportunity to -

• Document and evaluate transportation project needs, collaborating with managers to develop program budgets.

• Develop and implement surveys or control studies to assess TDM program components and gather relevant data.

• Analyze data to identify commuting patterns and long-term transportation planning options.

• Perform feasibility studies and forecast various transportation alternatives to improve program effectiveness.

• Develop and oversee TDM programs promoting alternative transportation methods and reducing traffic flow.

• Manage vendors and contractors performing maintenance in parking facilities, including janitorial and valet services.

• Participate in strategic planning to establish short and long-term goals for parking operations.

• Work with senior leadership to determine budgetary requirements and develop annual operating and capital budgets.

• Plan and conduct audits to evaluate parking counts, utilization, and revenue data for effective decision-making.

• Ensure proper cleanliness, safety, and security of parking facilities through routine inspections and maintenance.

Required

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with course work in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, related field OR

• At least 5 years of equivalent experience with parking management oversight, including experience in administrative, fiscal, and personnel; including three years in a supervisory capacity.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Driver's License
