Need 10 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Erskine, MN, and Olivia, MN. From: 03/01/2025 - 12/31/2025 Work: 50 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 9 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs., 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Possibility of overtime. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time) Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. JOB DESCRIPTION: plant and harvest a variety of crops including corn, sugar beets, and soybeans, and Sunflowers. We utilize a variety of farm equipment including: tractors, wheel loaders, skid loaders, forklifts, and excavator/backhoe. Employees will assist with planting, spraying, spreading fertilizer and manure, and cultivating, operating combine on corn and soybeans, tillage, rock picking, and hauling seed, chemicals, grain or turkey litter. Employees will keep accurate records of seed, chemicals, grain and turkey litter. Employees will operate grain storage equipment and irrigation systems, as well as clean ditches with excavators and/or other equipment and box scraping to level land. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. Crops: Corn, Sugar Beets, Soybeans, and Sunflowers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) months experience; able to lift 50 lbs.; regular Class D driver's license; able to perform work that requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures, extensive walking, sitting, stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
