Description

We are on the lookout for a Bilingual Receptionist who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks. This role is primed for a well-organized individual who is a self-motivated problem solver and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Beyond basic reception duties, their proficiency in both English Spanish will be vital for communications with our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients, walk them to the proper office or meeting room, and serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them.

• Answer phone calls professionally and keep an eye on correspondence.

• Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.

• Help translate documents and conversations into another language.

  Requirements

• High school diploma; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
