Robert Half is partnering with a trusted and well-established company in Escondido to fill a vital Bookkeeper position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at managing day-to-day financial operations and wants to contribute to the success of a local leader.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and transaction recording.

• Ensure timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.

• Reconcile multiple accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.

• Partner with management for budgeting and tax filing assistance.

  Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

• Strong command of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.

• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent communications skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Degree or certification in accounting/finance is a plus.
