We are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role
As a Content Strategist at Nespresso’s Digital & Tech Hub, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of the Evergreen Content Strategy roadmap for Nespresso's key Digital B2B Channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and meets market needs, while also contributing to the success of our in-house Content Studio.

In This Role, You Will:
Develop and implement content strategies across key digital channels (Digital Commerce, e-Retail, CRM, and Search).
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create engaging, on-brand content.
Use data and analytics to continuously improve content quality, user engagement, and performance.
Ensure consistent content localization in collaboration with the Content Studio and IMS teams.
Provide guidance and mentorship on content best practices to ensure a seamless global digital experience.
Drive content innovation through market feedback and performance metrics.
Establish content and design guidelines for consistency across global teams and markets.
Lead content projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of content strategy, focusing on digital B2B channels. Experience with B2C is a plus.
Proven experience in managing high-quality content production.
Skilled in analyzing market trends and adjusting content strategies accordingly.
Experience with UX Analysis tools such as Baymard, Glassbox, Contentsquare etc.
Knowledge in UX Research and User testing.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
