This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities to get the vehicles ready for operations to plate the vehicles. This role has an impact on operations and customer experience.

The pay rate for this opportunity is $22 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete local and State DMV process to register new vehicles, to renew registrations and process plates.

• Complete local plate packaging process.

• Responsible for receiving MSOs and processing registration work on DMV terminal

• Responsible for reporting and paperwork compliance with state DMV

• Responsible for setting up plate asset in EAM, organizing and packaging license plates

• Responsible for mailing license plates to correct location and maintain tracking

• Responsible for scanning registration documents into Filenet

• Responsible for submitting treasury reporting

• Responsible for accounting for MSOs received

• Ensuring MSOs received are for correct location and are reassigned correctly

• Responsible for follow up on vehicles delivered and MSO not received

• Responsible for storing unprocessed MSOs securely

• Resolves issues (via research) that occur during registration and receipt of plates/registration documents.

• Maintains a ‘Best practice sharing culture’, always striving to find ways to improve service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.

• Excel knowledge a plus.

• Must be comfortable standing or sitting for long periods of time and/or lifting up to 20 lbs.

• Detail-oriented; must be very accurate and able to pay attention to details.

• Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and external vendors.
