Providence St. Joseph Health RN Manager - Clinical Program in Everett, Washington
Description The Stroke Clinical Program Manager is accountable for the overall management, leadership and direction of the clinical and operational activities of the Stroke Program at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in accordance with the Providence mission, vision, and values to include creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice". The Clinical Program Manager works closely with department managers, directors, and physicians and oversees the daily operations of the Stroke Program. The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Department of Health (DOH) regulatory standards for stroke program certification and DOH regulatory standards, including overseeing management of abstraction for stroke databases. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire SCRN, CNRN or NVRN cert as soon as eligible to sit for the exam within 1 year of hire 3 years - Disease specific program leadership, including planning or coordinating disease specific regulatory standards or acute care experience in a disease specific certified stroke and/or cardiovascular program. 1 year - Knowledge of stroke regulatory requirements (i.e. TJC, DNV) Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of Project management experience Why Join Providence?
