Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Works closely with the Director of Operations to coordinate daily business operations such as accuracy in regional client service metrics, generating reports, commission accounting corrections, and general invoicing inquires.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and improve upon services, programs, and processes standards in support of the regional client service team.
  • Generates and distributes routine and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Supports the regional client service team in various technology support strategies, including training refreshers on platforms - ex. Acucomp, Ecerts, and Broker Buddha.
  • Conduct routine report audits within the region to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide support to the client service team by using monitoring tools to ensure service standards and deliverable timelines are met for all accounts, focusing on key accounts.
  • Serve as a backup to the centralized biller when necessary.
  • Supports Director of Operations on various projects as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of applicable industry experience, preferably insurance agency operations
  • Must have or obtain required licenses/certificates
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
  • Experience utilizing industry related software (ex. Sagitta, Helix, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Zero to two years of professional experience with analysis, information science, or other relevant quantitative field
  • Possesses fundamental knowledge and understanding of database interface tools, SQL and programming concepts, data management best practices
  • Possesses fundamental knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standards
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
  • Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills
  • Ability to anticipate and elicit customer needs
  • Ability to self-learn and develop business and technical knowledge quickly
  • Motivated team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Capacity to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups
  • Display innovative ideas and solutions and capacity to identify and eliminate redundant work efforts and inefficient processes
  • Ability to travel as necessary
