ManpowerGroup Technical Customer Service Representative in Exeland, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in the mining and aggregate industry, is seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Luck, WI
Pay Range: $19+ Based on Experience
What's the Job?
Manage incoming calls and communicate with customers via phone and email.
Generate and process accurate quotes, orders, invoices, and applications.
Educate customers on product knowledge and assist with inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years of experience in administration and customer service, preferably in the mining or aggregate industries.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
