Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will handle a variety of accounting tasks with a primary focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable. This role requires proficiency in accounting software systems and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Handling cash postings and managing cash flow analysis

• Resolving any discrepancies in accounts and addressing customer inquiries

• Assisting with basic general ledger tasks

• Liaising and negotiating with vendors as required

• Analyzing and preparing aging reports

• Utilizing accounting software systems and ADP - Financial Services for various tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computerized accounting systems

• Assisting other team members in accounting functions as needed Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Computerized Accounting System

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Annual Budget preparations

• Capable of performing Cash Flow Analysis
