JOB SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for day-to-day team management and oversee the salaried and hourly full-cycle recruitment process for Global Operations. As a primary point of contact for our internal stakeholders, this individual will collaborate on needs assessments for our locations and provide updates on hiring activity to business leaders and HR partners. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for providing hands on support and managing requisitions when surge efforts are requested to meet hiring goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees full-cycle salaried and hourly recruitment process and recruitment team; leads, develops and maintains a high performing team

Provides innovative, scalable solutions and implementation of recruitment plans to drive our hiring to meet business objectives
•
Builds and monitors recruitment KPIs and manages stakeholder satisfaction
•
Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics.

Accountable for taking proactive action to continuously evaluate processes, tools and technology to drive improvement and incorporate best practices

Collaborate with Managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage requisitions to effectively source and deliver the talent necessary to achieve business outcomes

Contribute to the HR technology strategy focused on improving user experience on our career site, SuccessFactors, and SharePoint
•
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Bachelor's Degree
or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline
Experience
Minimum 10 years (Sr Mgr)
Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
KSAs
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
Capability to develop, implement, and manage a 12-month strategic recruitment plan, including the related budget with a high level of business acumen.
Experience managing large teams
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
Relationship building skills to appeal to broad audiences - managerial, direct reports, cross functional teams.
Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels. Proficiency with SuccessFactors is a plus.
Previous experience directly managing and motivating a team to drive high performance.

Physical Requirements
Sedentary; exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to life, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
