Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Manager (APM) to join the Intelligence and Defense Solutions (IDS) Business Unit at our Beavercreek, OH office. The APM will be an integral part of our Program Management Office Team helping execute contract work and supporting our staff. Responsibilities Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints Monitors IDS programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel Works with corporate facilities representitives for office seating and IT requirements Managing on-boarding of new personnel Tracking contract funding and building customer proposals Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets Coordinate with Program Manager and Contract Officer Representitives to track Task Order requirements Interface and manage subcontractor contracts Maintain the groups organization chart Schedule new employee on-boarding - follow up for successful transition to customer Assist the Program Manager with contract proposals and associated contract changes as required. Maintain contract tracking documents for program prices and funding obligations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 Years of demonstrated strong organization skills and attention to detail TS/SCI Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks, with minimal supervision Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Impeccable writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Must be able to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance Contract experience highly desirable Global Comp $90,000 - $ 130,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
