Management Analyst Support
Perform AFLCMC/WII program operations, acquisition analysis, and administrative management of aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities for the Division.
Perform administrative functions in the following areas: official correspondence, fundamental database management, administrative support to a dynamic team of professional government personnel, calendar management, and management of the AFLCMC/WII SharePoint website tool.
Review acquisition and administrative correspondence and other written products for accuracy and ensure copies are provided to the appropriate personnel and that coordination is obtained as required in a timely fashion.
Maintain full qualification and proficiency in the use of the Defense Travel System (DTS); assist others in the PO in making travel arrangements, processing travel orders, and claims for payment upon their return; act as reviewer in DTS of travel authorizations and vouchers.
Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software tools to help produce timely, high-quality PO communications/situational awareness products.
Perform administrative and clerical functions associated with running a fast-paced, geographically-distributed and streamlined PO. This includes typing, filing, copying, paper shredding, destruction of sensitive data, control of documentation, managing file plans, correspondence and action items, civilian payroll system data entry, etc.
Serve as administrative advisor to the Branch, supporting all aspects of running a PO, including responding to pop-up taskers, managing suspenses, answering phones, preparing for meetings/activities, interfacing with visitors, ensuring the Branch and Front Office Group (FOG) stay on schedule, and meeting required AFLCMC/WII suspenses, etc.
Provide support to AFLCMC/WII personnel to support, plan, organize, staff, and conduct productive acquisition meetings, reviews, briefings, and other acquisition management events, as required.
Support the AFLCMC/WII efforts to design, disseminate, and institute needed division-level acquisition and administrative policies, processes, and standards. The primary focus shall be on strengthening the AFLCMC/WII acquisition team communications, situational awareness, teamwork, and decision-making.
Provide other support as required to accomplish the efforts specified above in aircraft research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition and sustainment activities, including other tasks from the FOG and Branch Chief as assigned.
Assist in maintaining branch-level calendars, AFLCMC/WII-level emergency information continuity plans and database, emergency procedures books, and telephone rosters.
Perform administrative and clerical functions associated with running the AFLCMC/WII awards program for the geographically-distributed organization. This includes identifying upcoming awards submission dates and nomination criteria, notifying all branches of the upcoming nomination process, inputs and schedules; managing the division-level awards selection process, and reviewing award nomination packages including coordination from other organizations external to the Division for completeness and format.
Perform administrative and clerical functions associated with operating the AFLCMC/WII in-processing and out-processing activities interfacing with the directorate-level staffs to insure a seamless process.
Required Skills/Education:
Successful candidate shall demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience of relevant management support experience. Candidates with a high school degree must have 14 years of management experience. Two years of the experience must be in
