Job Description:

Support mission-critical initiatives and enable the growth of our business as a Program Business Administrator. Working on the Justified team, you’ll become an integral part of how GDIT is able to ensure the safety and security of our nation.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Business Administrator. you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Program Business Administrator joining our team to support business and staffing initiatives on a global Air Force contract.

Primary Duties:

  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Program

  • Performs non-routine support and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions

  • Displays effective communication (both verbal and written) and high-quality customer service skills

  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes commitments, and manages time effectively including attention to detail with a high level of autonomy

  • Employs and displays proficiency using standard office applications like Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

  • Develops meeting agendas, prepares presentation materials, captures and documents meeting minutes, and assigns/tracks follow-up actions

  • Prepares and schedules meeting rooms

  • Provides support during Government and/or Contractor led working group level meetings

  • Assists new hires with onboarding activities to familiarize them with GDIT’s policies and procedures

  • Coordinates and tracks required/assigned Information Technology (IT) equipment at Contractor facilities

  • Monitors and controls office supplies; reorders supplies as needed; monitors applicable operations budget

  • Receives, escorts, and assists visitors at Contractor facilities

  • Maintains SharePoint and other database repositories / sites applicable to the Program

  • Makes necessary arrangements for Program Management travel: submits visit requests, makes reservations, coordinates with organizations and officials to be visited, and submits travel vouchers and expense reports

  • Assists program personnel with coordinating contract approved travel requirements

  • Assists program personnel with accurately completing expense reports in a timely manner

  • Assists sub-contractor personnel with completing applicable customer approval requests as required

  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned

Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience in a rapid paced, time sensitive, high quality environment

  • Experience with US Air Force (or other Military Service) contracting

  • Experience with providing administrative services and support to assigned overseas personnel

  • Understanding of corporate business systems and application within the Program environment

  • Working knowledge of Corporate time-keeping, purchasing, and travel systems

  • Current working knowledge and experience within the GDIT corporate structure is highly desirable

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, or an additional four years of experience.

● Required Experience: 2+ years of related business administrator experience.

Desired: 2+ years’ experience supporting the Air Force.

● Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance preferred, or willingness and ability to clear up to TS/SCI with CI Poly.

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
