Description
We seek an experienced senior VP-level IT, FI, Cybersecurity, and GovCon Manager to oversee and drive the success of our technical verticals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of GovCon management expertise, deep Department of Defense (DoD) operations knowledge, and a strong IT, cybersecurity, and cleared personnel recruitment background. This position requires a leader who can manage the P&L, oversee program operations, and contribute to the strategic growth of our cleared IT and cybersecurity business lines.
We seek a proactive, hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage and grow successful IT, Field Investigations (FI), and Cybersecurity teams. The ideal candidate will exceed client expectations through exceptional operational and leadership excellence.
A DoD clearance is preferred. A current Top Secret (TS) clearance would be nice, or you can reactivate an S or TS clearance.

Position Senior Vice President - IT, FI, Cybersecurity, and GovCon
Position Requirements
Manage and grow the Field Investigations (FI) program, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Lead recruitment efforts for cleared IT, cybersecurity, and DoD-focused roles, delivering high-quality candidates to meet client needs.
Oversee the program's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial goals are met and identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth.
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals for the program, including expansion into new markets.
Build and manage a high-performance team of talent acquisition specialists and program support staff.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with government and defense clients, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and exceeding performance expectations.
Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, hiring, and retaining cleared professionals, including those with TS and higher clearances.
Stay updated on GovCon trends, DoD policies, and cybersecurity developments to ensure alignment with client priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, GovCon management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing DoD programs and recruiting cleared personnel, particularly for IT and cybersecurity roles.
Proven ability to manage program operations, including P&L accountability.
Strong understanding of federal contracting and compliance requirements.
Current Top Secret clearance is highly preferred, or eligibility to reactivate a TS clearance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and program management tools.
Ability to work remotely, with a preference for candidates in the Washington, DC area to support a hybrid work model.
