Description

Accounting firm is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Scanning Clerk in Fairfield, New Jersey. As a Scanning Clerk, your key function will be to manage a high volume of document scanning while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

You will be required to retrieve packets from designated bins, scan them and then return to the partnering individual, making sure to follow the instructions provided on the control sheet. Occasionally you may be required to remove staples from the packets. Attention to detail, speed and accuracy in document handling are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Commutable to Fairfield Monday - Friday

• Tech savvy, ability to operate scanning machinery and understand the related software.

• Must possess good organizational skills for handling high volume of documents.

• Must be time-efficient in order to meet scanning deadlines.
